Avoid using this company for appliance installation. It took 3 visits to get the correct measurement for a cooktop installation. Consequently, I had to purchase a different cooktop 3 times. Actual installation was very unprofessional as well because the truck was broken on two occasions, the installer was sick on another or they supposedly came and no one answered the door. Interestingly, these cancellations were always near holidays or a weekend. Unfortunately, they are the only installers that Lowes uses. Consequently, I will avoid buying appliances from them in the future to avoid having to deal with this company in the future.
Had a dishwasher installed by this company, that was purchased through Lowes. Very unprofessional attitude, and did not communicate anything throughout the install process. We asked for a call when they were on there way, and received no call, just a knock when they arrived.
The worst part though, is they smelled terrible and ended up leaving a funk in the house that took hours to dissipate. I guess that’s what I get for going with the “easy” option.
