Well I have just finished my months long adventure with this company and giving them every chance they have proved to me the most disorganized operation I have ever dealt with, my problems began after they installed my oven/microwave unit, which they did well, then in a hurry to be done they pulled my refrigerator across my kitchen floor taking 8 gouges out of it, they left in a hurry and when I contacted the company Lowes/Premier to see what they were going to do to repair the damage they handed off responsibility to a sub contractor of Premier, who had no name, now all three organizations kept passing the buck to the other guy, I must have called 50 times to try and get an answer, I knew that it would be a full replacement (as all admitted fault) and would get handed off to a insurance company, but which one, no-one would stand up and be responsible for the damage, I finally fell back to my military days behavior and began to apply pressure on all three companies , Premier finally gave in and referred me to a member of their escalation department, and through a vote they decided to get the claim taken care of, now weeks later I have just had the work done and done well, by a flooring company named LC Flooring out of Northridge CA, one last insult was that Premier wanted me to sign a release of all future liability document before the work began, after I got up off the floor I pleasantly told them only when hell froze over. I am now complying with the final documents needed to finish this little adventure, not one of these companies cared about the customer, they lied and hid from any responsibility in the matter, I will not ever shop at Lowes nor will I ever use Premier to install anything, now I feel better.

Guess I have to put my 2 cents in about how horrible this company is. I was to have a double oven delivered on Thursday, October 19 between the hours of 12 and 4 pm. I called Premier Logistics at 3 pm just to confirm my appointment time. The operator put me on hold and finally responded about 5 minutes later and indicated that my delivery time was delayed and would now be delivered between 5 and 7 pm. No explanation as to why there was a delay. The oven finally arrived and one of the delivery guys proceeded to take pictures of the inside of my house and walked out. They were there for a total of 3 minutes. Oven was left right inside my front door, didn’t even place the box near my kitchen. When the installers arrived the next day, they even made a comment about the placement of the box.

I don’t know why Lowes uses this company after all the horrible reviews left by customers. When I called their customer service department to complain about the situation, I was given a $25 gift card…to be used, you guessed it, at Lowes. I am hesitant about going back because Lowes will probably refuse the gift card for some reason.
