absolutely the worst service ever. they never even showEd up after contacting three times on delivery day telling me they updated the time and then never even showed up. I called Lowes and told them to cancel everything because of this company. avoid a all cost!
The reviews don’t lie. How this company remains in business is mind boggling in it self. I took the day off from work for this company to deliver and install a new microwave oven combo and they never showed up even after getting four calls pushing out the delivery and install that day. They never showed up and I never got another call from them.
Horrible company. They were supposed to do the install for a dishwasher purchased at Lowes. They don’t return calls and I could never get them to install the dishwasher. Why Lowes would even consider teaming up with this company is beyond me. We had to cancel the installation order and find a company to do it ourselves.
