I’m a real ‘customer’ who has really been scammed. All the complaints of previous posters about this company – no drivers assigned, raising prices for delivery, broken down trucks that never show up – ALL true. The gentleman I attempted to communicate with – Justin Green – 646-813-4388, was about the most dishonest auto shipper I’ve ever dealt with. Every concern I brought up about pricing and delivery he assured me wouldn’t happen. Very difficult to understand, I finally paid an additional $50 on top of the initial $150 to cancel the contract. My fault for being so stupid on the front end. I felt like I was dealing with the IRS or Microsoft help line scam people. I should have known better, I paid the price. DO NOT DO THE SAME THING! DON’T WALK, RUN AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE!!!!

I wish more than anything I didn’t have to leave a single star. I have never seen such a scam like this in my entire 55+ years. I have shipped over a dozen cars all over the country and I have yet to see such scam artists as premium auto shipping.

They give you a low quote and get you to sign the agreement that says that there quote is just a “estimate” when asked why it says it is an estimate they say because sometimes people lie to them about what they are going to ship so then they have to change it but other than that there will be no change. Later to find out that the so-called driver canceled and that they had a new driver for three times the amount that was quoted. The worst part about this is is once you signed the agreement. Your down payment is nonrefundable unless they are the ones to cancel so you cannot cancel. And of course they are not going to cancel. They are just going to use the same driver, and charge you three times the amount. they quoted me $550 and ended up paying $1400. The funniest part about the whole thing is the guys name was John Brown. But when they called me back to tell me that my quote was tripled. It was the same person named John Brown but a completely different person. So everybody in the entire company is named John Brown so funny. I hope to God you read this and never use this company. I will do everything in my power to make sure to send out as many reviews as possible to prevent everyone else from getting scam from this fake company.
