This is apparently a fraudulent company. We booked with them, they cancelled, and refused to refund. The driver called at 5:30 pm and said that he was tired and would come the next day. The pick up was scheduled at 1pm by the way. They lied and said the driver had a mechanical issue, and therefore could not refund. Then said it was not their responsibility if the driver cancels. Horrible company, liars, fraud. Stay away.

These people quoted my mom $100. Then the next day they told her that the tow company that was picking up a car which was a different company than the one she paid $100 too, wanted $70. She said she was quoted 100 and that she want to cancel and they said she would have to pay $200 to cancel and then the tow truck driver that actually picked up my car, just to take across town said he took the job and said it would cost $70 so where is $100? is that the appointment fee? it’s a scam I paid $170 for a tow across town. Do not use this company.
