These people quoted my mom $100. Then the next day they told her that the tow company that was picking up a car which was a different company than the one she paid $100 too, wanted $70. She said she was quoted 100 and that she want to cancel and they said she would have to pay $200 to cancel and then the tow truck driver that actually picked up my car, just to take across town said he took the job and said it would cost $70 so where is $100? is that the appointment fee? it’s a scam I paid $170 for a tow across town. Do not use this company.
If I could leave ZERO stars I would. Super scummy company. Was quoted a flat fee of $800, was asked to pay $150 deposit and was told my car would be picked up on a specific date. Day of pickup comes around, I have to reach out to them to ask where the truck is and am told “there is only one driver that makes that route and he can’t be there until tomorrow….oh and he is asking for $1300 now.” I got pushed off for another two days and finally went with a more reputable company that actually stuck to the terms they promised.
And when I posted a bad review on Transport Reviews, they texted me asking me to take it down and then reported my bad review saying “I was not a customer”.
