Car was delivered as contracted, although there were issues with the company’s communication, particularly regarding the delivery date. My concerns about their communication were addressed by the company president after the fact to my satisfaction.
I used preowned for car transport between California and Maryland. The Impreza was virtually new (we purchased it about a month earlier). It was delivered to us with several dents on the roof. I submitted a claim and was told they would handle the matter in a week. After a month of checking in with them they asked for an estimate. I visited a body shop and obtained the estimate. Once submitted I waited another month. Each time I contacted them the point person would tell me they’d get back to me soon and then I would hear nothing. Now we are coming up on three months and still now word. It’s clear they will do nothing to remedy the damage their drivers inflicted upon my car.
