On time pickup and delivery from Denver to Charlotte for the best price offered versus over a dozen different competitors.
If I could give negative stars I would. Horrible! Not only is moving stressful, dealing with these guys made it worse. I booked with them. Even talked to Don. Don’t be fooled by his “Have a great day” He assured us all would be ok. He would answer my calls, respond to my texts weeks before. Two days before our car was supposed to be picked up, nothing. Silence. Would not take my calls or return a text. I would NOT use them. Don’t be fooled by ratings. There are others that had the same experience as we did.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS, DO NOT BE TRICKED BY THE LOW COST QUOTES!!
Don recently provided me a quote to ship (2) vehicles cross country, told me I was in good hands and he would have a driver assigned very soon. 2 weeks later, my vehicles are still sitting in the same location and after countless calls and messages, Don responds back with saying, ” I think we need to offer them more money, what do I think?” This company needs to be removed as an option for vehicle transportation. If Yelp would allow, I would remove the one star I had to use to rate this company.
