Not an honest business!
Don at Priced Rite Auto Transport told me that I will pay him $100 broker fee and $725 carrier fee to the carrier.
At the destination, the driver and refused to release the car. He insisted that the dispatcher told him to collect $750 (not $725 like Don said). Since it was so late at night, we had to pay $750. I later contacted the carrier to make things straight. It turned out Priced Rite Auto Transport changed the price in the email from the carrier from $750 to $725.
Don also charged my credit card $125 instead of $100 like we had previously agreed. I had to contact him so many time to get the $25 overcharge on my credit card, and he refused to do anything about the carrier fee. He later refused to talk to me or the carrier.
Avoid these guys!
Rude and obnoxious to say the least. I quoted out getting my Accord shipped through one of those online websites and Price Rite was on of the companies who contacted me. Jason Weaver reached out to me and he was incredibly rude and disrespectful. If this is how they treat potential customers I cannot imagine how they treat you once they have secured your business!
