This it’s the worse company I’ve been waiting for a pick up of my motorcycle since Monday,, the carrier MVP1 had mechanical problems with his trailer I call the company and told them about the situation,, they told me to wait,, they call me back and told me that it’;s going to be the same carrier.. cool!! No problem the carrier call me yesterday wednesday told me tomorrow Thursday at 11 am ,, cool.. I’ve been waiting since 11 took the day off for this .. told me at 11 am no show call me told me at 1 pm no show at 3 pm no show at 5 pm no show it’s 615pm and call the carrier he dont want to pick up the phone..
Great experience. Car got delivered on time without any problems. Personnel was always available to answer questions.
The car was delivered during the time frame we were given. The pick up of the vehicle went really well on both ends. The reason I would not use them in the future is that the price we were given initially changed twice in the process. The representative we were speaking with, I believe his name was Alex, told us it was because initially he quoted us going out of a port that they no longer shipped from.
