Ronnie is a scammer. I accidentally zelled him 1500$ instead of the driver and he said “I would absolutley zelle it back” and went ghost. I had to file in small claims court.
I was shopping for vehicle moving company for my folks who are moving cross country. All was going well until I mentioned competitive prices from another company. This was when a torrent of cursing spilled from the agent’s mouth. Completely uncalled for and very unprofessional. If they cannot have a normal provider / prospective client relationship, can you imagine what they’ll do to your valuable property? Hard pass (Ronnie was the “representative”).
Ronnie is a scammer do not give him any money for any reason! This is a company that will book your transport, act friendly, take a deposit, and then never show. You will then be ghosted when you try and call to find out why they have scammed you. He has used different names of companies, but do your research he is a scam. He will claim many years of business etc… great reputation, but here is the truth. Every person I spoke to in the car transport industry said he scams them too! You have been warned. I wanted zero stars but not possible.
