KUDOS to Reindeer Auto Transport (I swear that’s their name) – vehicle arrived on AMAZING shape and 2 weeks EARLY and the weather in Anchorage has been below zero and snowing. The driver in South Florida was from Seattle and super courteous and the driver today here in Anchorage Alaska brought my vehicle on his flat bed turned on and with heater running and he told me “I figured you will be driving her soon so I turned her on at the port and put heater on as I loaded on my flatbed…. SERVICE!! My boss, who relocated from Jacksonville FL to Anchorage AK used Reindeer and recommended them and I can see why!!
Horrible service. Emailed with one of the reps and they told me I could put things in the car, after I specifically asked. They denied this and yelled at me until I talked to their supervisors about it and showed them the VISUAL proof. They were nice enough to figure it out, but the company they contract was also pretty mid. Their service didn’t give me any update and by the time they came and called me, I wasn’t even there.
