After 2 years of pleasant and successful car transport working with Mary. I called RNR in November requesting a late December pick up. Rose (the owner) was pleasant and gushingly optimistic about getting the date I wanted (Dec 28) for pick up in MA. No word for weeks. Finally I called about Dec 23 –; still “no problem.” December 26 I called and was told then that because of the holiday week it was hard to find someone. All subsequent calls went to voicemail. Rose called me finally, again very cheerful and contacted driver. He phoned me on 29th promising pick up within hours. It is now the 30th- no driver, no calls. I don’t know if Mary would have done a better job scheduling, communicating and vetting the driver, but at this point I don’t recommend this company. I will not use RNR again.
The moving company recommended Mary and RnR I reviewed the Yelp reviews decided to give them a call. I called Mary she told me to call her back later I then called her again and she said she’ll call me back. After playing phone tag she advised she can pick up my car on 12/15 from Ca and deliver on 12/17 in Az. On 12/15 it was getting pretty late and I have not heard from the drivers so I called Mary and asked for approximate time frame of pickup because I needed to have someone present to give driver the keys. Mary said I should just wait until I hear from the driver and she doesn’t see what the problem was, I explained there was no problem that I can see but couldn’t understand her frustration. The driver called about 10 min later and advised he just got the orders 20 minutes ago and will pick up my car. 12/15 driver picked up vehicle, on 12/18 I called Mary because I have not received my car or a call as to a time frame . Mary told me to call the driver. I called the driver and they never called me back. Mary later text me and said the driver will drop it off on 12/19. As of 8pm I got nervous because I haven’t heard from anyone. I called the driver again spoke to Ramon who said he told Mary when he took the job it would be delivered until 12/20. As of the time of this review I haven’t heard from Mary and I don’t have my car. These people talk really good until they get your car. Be careful and pay attention to the documents they make you sign.
Horrible horrible Horrible. Suppose to deliver my car 1 weak ago. Till now they are not giving exact day of delivery. Pathetic.
