Don’t use this company. They’re terrible. Not up front about charges so they charged me 1000+ more on pickup. Said delivery would take 8 days, then when I called after day 8 they said oh no we get 21 business days.

My stuff showed up broken and damaged. And the insurance claim only paid for $131 of thousands of damages.

Disgusting company.

This is the shadiest company I have ever hired. Zero stars. We signed on with them to do our move and they promised up and down all these great amenities and were in contact with us all the time. Suddenly when we were ready to finalize our moving details, every single rep at this company was completely unreachable… until after the cancellation period had passed, of course, at which point all the “discounts” they promised were gone and our move was about $1k more in spite of us having LESS stuff. They refused to refund us our money even though we had been attempting to contact them to cancel prior to the cancellation period. They basically robbed me of $500, since they force you to pay a deposit via DEBIT ONLY (bad sign, I should have known better) and were completely disrespectful. Garth was our initial salesperson, and he was worthless and dishonest. Don’t hire this company unless you want to be hoodwinked by a fraudulent company.

I have so far had a negative experience with Road Runner Moving and Storage. A number of the items they delivered were damaged and many more were lost/did not show up. Always friendly and available on the phone, but at the end of the day I have lost money and my belongings. I am going through the lengthy, time consuming claims process now and will update if I am made whole again.
