From the beginning to the end, this experience was horrific. When booking w/ them, they said this would be a door to door transaction. I have moved across the country 3 times now and this was the worst experience ever. They assured me it would be a door to door transaction….it wasn’;t. I had to go and meet the driver behind a wal-mart 15 mins from my house. Then upon delivery, they could not “drop it off on a residential street”. Well, what the heck is “door-to-door” then? When I got my car back, i noticed some scratches but he was not willing to go over them with me and just said that he delivered the car and for me to call the main company. This is a shady way of handling business. It was a terrible experience and I will NEVER book with them again. I gave the extra star because I at least got my car there in a very timely fashion. Other than that…..I will hire someone to drive my car or do it myself next time.

Moving across the country isn’t easy – and I spoke with MANY different Companies about getting my Bronco from CA to NC.
Martin was a pleasure to talk with from the start, he was very honest, kind and came recommended. And the rate was right in the middle of what I was seeing (which in my opinion is great, I don’t feel like I’d want to send my favorite car 2500+ miles on the cheapest trailer).
I’m so glad I trusted my intuition – Martin was readily available and quick to respond the ENTIRE process – from signing the agreement to pickup, drop-off and beyond! The Driver was also very communicative, and integral!
Not only did my Bronco arrive in the same condition we last saw it, it showed up faster than expected.
Having peace of mind when you’re relocated is EVERYTHING. I would not only use Royal Quality Logistics again, I’ll also be recommended them to my friends/family and anyone I know who is looking to transport their vehicle safely!
