Below is my opinion based on my experience.
I’m not sure what is all of the excitement about RCC. I had an uninspiring experience with them. The “service” seems to consist of some guy with a cell phone who does not bother to respond to emails.
I used this service based on the reviews. We were transporting a car from the Northeast to Florida. After a couple of blown dates, a driver did show and and take the car. It arrived quickly in Florida. The driver is independent of RCC, which is just a broker that connects car owners with truck drivers.
Most of these auto transport brokers are pretty sketchy. In that sense, RCC is probably the tallest chihuahua in the room. Most of these guys seem to be failed cryto-currency traders husstling for their next buck.
Our RCC experience was not a horror story, just an unpleasant experience.
In the auto transport business there are a lot of shady companies and people. RCC transport came to me on a family recommendation and glade it did. Great job very professional will definitely use again and recommend. The gentleman,s name I dealt with is MO. Thanks again Stan
