Lots of problems with this business. They run the typical transportation broker grift – offer a low price, and then raise it at the last minute when you have no other options. Beyond that, they told the driver the wrong delivery address for my car, knowing that the driver could not deliver to the desired address, but of course they never told me. I had to take time off work and get a ride to pick up my car an hour away. They only let you pay through Zelle or Venmo. 2 stars because the car did actually arrive. Save yourself the stress and just use a legitimate broker, it will end up costing the same anyway.
I’m only giving them a one-star rating because I had to in order to post a review. They are a scam. I was very transparent with them about everything. They knew the addresses, down to the total miles of delivery. They gave me a great quote I couldn’t resist ($700). The contract was emailed and signed. On the day of the pick-up, they called and said the driver was an hour away and then stated it would be $1300 for the transport. Then, I tried to bargain us. The prices kept changing. Nothing was ever explained to us. They breached the contract. I will never use them. They were never honest from the beginning. My daughter’s car didn’t get delivered. We had to find another transporter.
