Terrible business people. They promise the world and lie throughout the be transport. It was very stressful using safeeds. They could not give me real time locations for my vehicle. Daniel said he was only the middleman and was not responsible for the driver. December 7th 2023, Follow up from Richard at safeeds: he was very apologetic for my experience and gave me a 20% refund immediately.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.. SHAMS… they quoted me a price of $550, signed a contract for that amount, then after picking up my car, Kevin in the office told me I had to pay $750 because they couldn’t find a driver and the only one they found charged more. Not my problem. I signed for $550, $150 deposit and $400 at delivery, I had to pay $600 at delivery or they weren’t going to let me have my car. Rip offs. The best part is when Kevin emails me saying “I have to pay $600 to the driver, how does that sound?” Really???? “how does that sound???” Again….DO NOT USE THEM. Check the BBB before booking with them!!
