My name is Jacob.I booked to transport my car from Seattle to Dallas through patrick@securewaytransport on September 12 ,2023.The driver didn’t come at the arranged time to pick up my car.I extended it again because of the request of Patrick.It was also not successful.So I cancelled his service. He sent a message that I can’t cancel the service.I arranged broadway transportation to pick up my car .After few days I noticed that Patrick charged $207 from my credit card.He was not ready to refund the money and also argued to keep the money.At last I was gone through credit card dispute to get money back.Don’t trust this agent.He will try to cheat you.
We have used Ross Abraham from Secure Auto Shipping on several occasions getting both of our sons cars to school. He is extremely professional and thorough. Many times I called and left messsages, if he cant respond right away, I always get a text from him informing me when he will call me back. He/we always have access to dispatch if we have any specific questions about the delivery (some drivers dont speak English fluently). All our cars have always arrived in great shape.
