Do NOT use this auto transport. First, they don’t answer their phones. Next, they lie about having full insurance – they have their drivers have insurance.
Bottom line, they were to ship my daughters car from San Antonio TX to Dallas TX, and the driver totaled her (new to her) car. The car was wrecked on Saturday, she was expecting a Saturday delivery, and could not get in touch with anyone. She was contacted on Monday at 3:00 PM and told that the car was in a wreck and would she still like it delivered!! She asked what the damage was and the person calling her did not know. Just said it was in a wreck. – Well, the roof was torn off.
DO NOT USE THEM! ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE.

**NIGHTMARE**
Initial booking with SGT Auto transport 7/11/2023
Car first available pick up date 7/12/2023
Quoted a pick up date no later than 7/16/2023
There was a date even earlier 7/13/2023, however, that dispatch was canceled due to undisclosed circumstances.
My credit card was charged $215.00USD.
7/16/2023 comes around and no update or contact from SGT.
I made several attempts to contact and get an answer, however, I was given the runaround.
I could not get through on the phone, and when I did, I was put on hold for 30 plus min.
So instead I had to resort to chatting online.
I chatted with the reps like:
“Mike”,
“Michael”,
“Christian” (the worst I had contact with)
“Oliver”
“Philip” (Who at one point stopped helping ( I think he was just telling me what I wanted to hear, actually wrote “We have said what you want.”) and ended the chat mid-conversation no longer responding.) He told me a colleague “Luke” would contact me “as soon as possible”. “Luke” never did contact me. Then “Philip” told me “Luke” had left for the day.
I called the SGT, got through by some miracle and spoke with said “Luke”. When I asked “Philip” he said “Luke” must have come back.
Then “Deborah”(who didn’t even respond in the chat – (the one robot that didn’t turn on)) – anyway I think they’re all the same person – and they still could not give me an answer. At one point I could only get “Deborah” on the chat and she did not respond at all. I tried countless times.
They are a bunch of liars! Do not trust these deceitful people.
I did not ask for compensation, an apology or refund, I just wanted my car picked up and transported from LA to NM like I paid for.
I just want others to be aware of this middle-man company.
And those little reviews that keep popping up in the lower left corner of the screen are the true definition of “bogus”.
Do NOT use this company. Sell your car, gift it to someone, donate it, drive it to your destination, whatever, however, do not, I repeat DO NOT use SGT Auto Transport!
On a positive note, yes, there actually is one, the transporter, Nadim was AWESOME. He kept in touch the entire time: texting, calling, checking in.

Stay away. Nothing more than a dispatch company who hires carriers . Have every excuse for late delivery,lack of communications and damage or missing parts. All 3 were part of my contract.
