Do not do business with these guys! Our car was never picked up. When they finally would answer the phone they said they were trying to find a driver… After 2 weeks we had to find another transporter.
I had a good experience with SGT. My car was picked up on a Friday in Miami and the estimate was to get to California by Thurs/Fri of the following week. It actually arrived in one piece on the following Tuesday late afternoon. I had requested some pictures of the load when the driver left Florida and the customer service rep said they would be emailed or texted to me but never came. I checked in again when he was coming across New Mexico but still no pix. Needless to say I was a little worried based on some of the feedback I had read but luckily my car was delivered earlier then expected in one piece! I was pleasantly surprised and would recommend these guys. The driver didn’t speak much English but that was not a big deal since I understood some Spanish. I did notice a small deep scratch later but can’t confirm if that was in transit. All in all I’m happy with service. I paid around $1350 for the coast to coast transport which wasn’t too bad.
Fast and to the point. Car arrived just fine .
The completion process could be a little smoother and professional with the driver , but overall good experience.
