Price was competitive and driver was communicative when coordinating pickup and drop off.
Feedback:
Warn your customers you wont be picking up/delivering at the final locations. I was caught by surprise that I had to meet the driver somewhere.
Be a little more detail oriented. I specified that the contact at delivery wouldn’t be me but I had to remind the driver twice.
This was definitely the best price and the communication was excellent throughout. In my case, the car even arrived well ahead of schedule! And everything was just as it had been when I loaded it. The one thing to keep in mind is that it may not be exactly curb to curb. My street is very narrow so I wound up driving it about 2 miles to a parking lot where it could be easily loaded on. This really was not a big deal and well worth saving substantially over other quotes.
