I live in Seattle, WA. I’m buying a Cadillac Allante to add to my classic car collection. I reached out to this company for a shipping quote on shipping a car from Charlottesville, NC to Las Vegas, NV where I’m moving soon. I received a call in response to my inquiry. It was a brief call, I spoke to Ryan. He quoted me $1,500. I asked one and only one question in response, “Do you offer a military discount?”. I didn’t even get the full sentence out when I heard a click. He had hung up on me. I gave him the benefit of the doubt that he must’ve hung up on accident and I called back. He answered and immediately started berating me. He said I was cheap, talking to me was a waste of his time, I’d never be able to find another car shipper, I’m not a paying customer, I’m worthless and I can f*ck off then he hung up on me again. All that because I asked one question “Do you offer a military discount?”. Oh by the way this is on Veterans Day and the company apparently does offer a military discount so his verbal tirade against me for asking makes even less sense knowing that. I called back a third time and calmly asked to talk to his supervisor. He refused to let me talk to anyone else. Since I’m not allowed to talk to anyone else at the business about Ryan’s atrocious behavior I guess I’ll voice my complaint here. If Ryan had acted normally and just answered the question whether the answer was yes or no I would’ve booked with them on the spot. I’m not expecting the best customer experience ever, I’m only expecting not to be verbally abused for asking a simple question. It was bizarre but better to find out how they treat people now rather than after I give them my business I guess.

Update, Ryan’s wife has now messaged me and is threatening me to remove my review. Classy.

If i cold give -5 stars i would. I did my transaction with tim gave him my info for a deposit & next thing i know my card has a unauthorized transaction for 900 dollars. The manager says it was a mistake because they have a new employee, when this happened I decided to cancel & they would’t refund my money back. This company should be reported to the police as they are the biggest SCAMMERS will make you lose your time, money & your car won’t be shipped or they will control you and try to charge you more since they already have your car.

Save yourself a problem & use another company. Ps. Yelp if you delete this review i will keep posting it for as long as i can. This company shouldn’t even be on yelp…. *** I never received any refund and didn’t even get my money back. My money was basically stolen. If that 500 dollar refund like you said is coming tell me where and when because it’s been years and my 900 dollars where never returned. Pure Blasphemy is what the response below is. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY….

I was so excited to work with Jason Woessner and he is basically the only reason I’m not giving this company and the trucking companies they work with a 1 star. He saved the day and connected me to a driver immediately after another company ghosted me the day my car was supposed to be picked up. On the day I was supposed to fly across the country… a hurricane hit so I was unable to pick up my car on the agreed day. They have no control over the hurricane..which I understand. The biggest issue I have was the absolutely horrible communication between this company (the broker) and the actual company that handles the drivers. I was told my car was in Philly, when I was in NYC. I originally planned to pick up the car in NJ but they told me that they couldn’t deliver it until the following week. Mind you… I called well ahead of time to tell them I wouldn’t be able to pick up the car due to the hurricane, and I was told…no problem, we can deliver it the next day. That was a lie…my car couldn’t be delivered and I couldn’t pick it up because it was in Philly. By the following week…. I had to be in Long Island for work… 2 hours away from NJ. Because I didn’t have a car…I had to take a $200 Uber to get to work. On top of this…They charged me an additional $250 to bring me the car since I had absolutely no way of going back to NJ. I had to call the local company that handled the drivers multiple times before anyone answered. Just a really bad experience with communication and customer service.
