David has always been extremely helpful and accommodating when shipping my vehicle. His kind demeanor and ability to negotiate has helped me to transport my vehicle with trust and reliability. I have used the company several times and look forward to working with him in the future.
Sonic Auto Transportation is your typical scam. They quote a low price and then send you an electronic contract that’s carefully worded to say that the price they quoted you is just an estimate. If the new price they give you is not acceptable and you want out of the contract they want to charge you $100.
In my opinion a reputable company would know what it costs to transport a vehicle from place to place and be able to quote you an accurate price.
A company that is not reputable will lowball the price knowing that they can’t get the transport for that price and then at least they made $100 when you go to cancel.
Gene has assured me in receiving my car. It arrived on time. He’s a broker who tries to find you the best price vs other companies. Communication can be improved but overall, I am satisfied working with Gene. My car came from California to Memphis!
