Thank you Luke from Sonic auto .

My brand new car broke down in rural Montana and there were no dealerships in these rural areas . I was hesitant to use Sonic because of the above bad reviews . Luke from Sonic saved the day . He got my car shipped to my dealership in Texas in 24 hours and for $1350 instead of waiting 10-14 days and paying $1800 as requested by the high rated companies alleging that I am in very rural area. Sonic staff called many truckers in person to get me out of there .

I recently used Sonic Auto transportation to deliver my vehicle from Seattle to Texas, and I’m extremely satisfied with their service. The car arrived in excellent condition, and the entire process was smooth and hassle-free. Highly recommended!

BE VERY AWARE. I HAVE REPORTED THIS COMPANY TO THE BBB. THEIR BBB rating is a C-. I wish I would have researched this company first. Do not use this company…..They are a SCAM. I called and spoke with Luke Howard on May 1st. I explained I needed to transport my sons car to from FL to WV as he has to be out of the university dorm on May 4th. He assured me for $585.00 they would pick up the car on the 3rd no later than the 4th. I gave Luke my credit card information and he said he would run it for$185 and the other $400 has to be paid to the driver in cash so he wouldn’t have to pay taxes. That should have been my first red flag.

Luke told me one of his drivers would call me two days before to scheduled pick up. No one called and I had to keep calling them and he assured me the driver would call.

I got a call three hours before the pickup was scheduled and was told they cancelled the pick up because they changed their route. Luke then called me and said I can have another driver there in two days and the price will be double. I told him I would drive the car myself as I needed it there by the 4th.

Look then texted me and would not take my calling telling me he will be charging my card (which he did) for $200 as per the contract. Saying they had a five day window to pick up the car.
