Terrible! DO NOT USE THEM! Was told by Gilles that our car would be picked up on 2/19 or 2/20 for transport from MN to WA. NOT!!! Car wasn’t picked up until 2/22 and didn’t arrive in WA until 3/4, 4 hours after the driver of the transport truck said the delivery would occur. In fact, it took from 2/22 until 2/27 (5 days) for the truck to get from Minneapolis to South Dakota, according to the State 2 State rep. No one warned us IN ADVANCE that the truck would NOT depart MN until it had a full load. No one told us IN ADVANCE that our deadline for departure of 2/20 would be ignored. No one told us IN ADVANCE that the estimated 3-5 days to transport our car (per Gilles) would stretch to 10 days. NO COMMITMENTS AND SCHEDULES WERE KEPT by this company. Rosie, in Customer Service, was friendly, apologetic, and totally useless in getting the job done on time.
