I contacted Gilles about having a very primo Toyota 4-Runner shipped from Florida to Colorado – enclosed. Gilles made sure I really thought it was worth the extra expense of enclosed vs. open before we set up the contract. He also asked good questions – yes, it has a modified suspension, no, the height wasn’t extreme and it has standard size tires. Gilles made the process and payment clear, and there weren’t any surprises – thank you! And the company State 2 State brokered the transport with, Emerald Auto Express, was excellent too, which reflects well on State 2 State. I see complaints on Yelp that seem hard to believe based on the attention I received. I definitely recommend State 2 State.
DONT DO IT!!! Terrible service! The initially contact to obtain my business was good but after I paid, never heard from them again. Car was picked up late, almost 2 weeks in transit and no one ever called or returned my calls. Bad…poor customer service!
