I had the worst experience with them
Their worst broker named Nicholas Number (786-206-4157) has booked the load with me, but he never paid me what we have committed for and talked really rudely. That Stupid Broker doesn’t have any manners, and he never paid even though there is no mistake from our side

Everything was set up as described. This partial was set up as Cash On Delivery (COD). I’ve had some real disasters in this area but I just always believe that everyone should get a chance. BUT this was NOT one of those.
The receiver was all informed and waiting to do his part. it was all flawless. STT communicated consistently but not overbearing. Mice Experience.
I worked with Katherine on a PO load from TX to IL. Her customer service was excellent. She made ever effort to make sure our process with her load was easy and successful. Would haul a load for her again. Thank you for your professionalism during every step of our load.
