We’ll start with the positive. I got my car in 1 piece thankfully.
Now onto why this is a 1 star business.
Ron only cares about collecting his rake. Once he collects, he’s MIA. car was promised on Thursday, but was delivered Friday, and I had to go to EXTREME lengths to make arrangements so someone could accept the car. He promised the dealer would receive a phone call the day before pickup. NEVER HAPPENED. I had to call the shipping company directly to confirm pickup day and time. For payment, he stated I could pay with venmo, zelle or credit card. FALSE. cash or zelle only. guy doesnt care what hardships you run into. he’s off in lala land enjoying the money he already collected. too bad the credit card company will withdraw the money since I placed a dispute with my credit card company just now.
Ron is beyond unprofessional and unreliable, I would NEVER refer any business to him. There’s no way he’s gotten these rave reviews from actual customers. he talks a big game but is a dud performer. Sucks I had to take one for the team and go thru this nonsense experience.
For service that’s bar none, Sweet Spot Transport is the one! My experience with Ronald, the owner and dispatcher, was nothing short of amazing! I had to make a last minute arrangement to have my car transported from Austin to North Carolina after another company I enlisted was a no show. I literally sent my inquiry at 3am, received a follow up from Roger at 8am and my car was picked up at 10:30am and delivered within 48 hours. Incredible! I am beyond impressed and thankful to Roger and his company for accommodating me so quickly on such short notice. The service was impeccable and the driver was amazing! Bar None service that I highly recommend!
