I was emailing back and forth with a Sherpa employee about transporting my car, but when I asked to change the pickup date, he ghosted me! I emailed the company a few times to let them know I hadn’t heard anything back. Still nothing from anyone! That was very strange and a red flag for me. I’m just glad I never paid them any $!

I wanted to take the opportunity to thank Sherpa for finding Alex with Golden Lion Transportation for me. His service level is second to none, from the initial contact to the final delivery. His level of communication was far better than expected and made every effort to accommodate any schedule adjustment needed. He should be commended for his efforts and a guy you really need to keep on your list of premier companies you work with. Someone I would trust with the highest priority transports!
