I spoke to Titan one month before I was set to deploy. I called back three weeks later to confirm plans for my vehicle to be shipped on the 1st of June as I was set to deploy on the 21st of May. 1 June came and went with no email as they said they would. I called them on the 4th and was told “we couldn’t find anyone”. Two days later I get an email saying they had someone but wanted another 120.00 from me. Mind you she knows I’m already deployed and frustrated about the situation, so may as well try to up the price while I’m in a tight spot. Go with another company.

We contacted Titan to arrange for a transport from Ocala Fl to Western New York and spoke to Erica. She seemed very attentive and efficient and we received an email from her verifying everything and confirmed the arrangments. That was last we heard from her. I made several phone calls and sent one email asking for an update and the phone calls all went to voicemail and their was never a response to my email.

We made last minute arrangements with another carrier. Stay away! Pay attention to the reviews!

They really messed my plans up and then blamed everything on me. Someone who has never done this before. They did not call or email me with the day that the carrier was coming and when the carrier showed up, I didn’t know I had a choice to say I wasn’t ready to ship my vehicle, which I WAS NOT. So they took it and had to store it for me until I am ready to be at the delivery place. Now it is waiting for me in storage 2 hours from where I’m moving to. Then “Erika” sent me a very condescending email, pretty much saying it was my fault (I didn’t do this right or I didn’t do that, I assumed they were in contact with each other) and that they were done trying to figure out how to help me and that it was up to myself and the carrier to get it right!! Unless you think you will not have any hiccups, stay away from a company that will not be there for you. Erika,,, you need a new job because obviously you do not like this job or you do not have decent human compassion. Wish I would of read the reviews before I hired this company…Lesson learned, THE HARD WAY
