They quoted a low ball shipping cost for my car. There was no communication other than they would have something soon. They are not carriers, they are brokers. They never found anyone to transport my car. They lost nothing, but I lost a week of time before they would let me out of my contract without having to pay a penalty.
As others have said, they quote prices that do not include their $200 broker’s fee. Their web site goes to great lengths to hide the $200 charge that gets added to every contract.
this is a fraud company!! stay away!! do not hire!!! lisa kept promising a carrier and never found one. do not hire stay away. they are not a direct shipper. tm shipping is a broker. they signed a contract but did not fulfill it. they have not answered any of my emails, calls, dms or texts. they did not pick up my vehicle. do not hire tmshipping!!!!
Scheduled a pickup and specifically asked if they have driver ready. The sales person assured me a driver is on his way to get to me on a certain date.
However, when I called the carrier they said no one was scheduled at all and they need a week more or so to find a driver.
Subsequently I offered TMShipping $1000 more to work on my order but still got no driver. Now my car is just stuck while I’m gone and I have to change all plans for it.
