Worst company ever!! Do NOT USE!! They lied about the price, got me stuck then I had to pay $500 more to get my vehicle! They lied and said it would take 1-3 business days to find a carrier, it took over a week! They had the wrong amount posted on the board and I had to find out from a competitor! Terrible customer service, they have 0 accountability! Do not use!!!! Go with a more reputable company!
This is the most unprofessional service I have ever experienced. They fail to communicate with the client and driver effectively. My driver did not show up after delaying multiple times, which cause me to miss my flight. Never sign anything for them without getting the details…this is a scam. Lesson learned
This damn broker likes to charge booking fees without disclosing them up front whey you sign their contracts. It happened to me and they charged me a $195 booking fee after they assigned a driver to me. This was never disclosed to me in the first place and was promised my rate with them will have no hidden charges. Well this never happened. After I found out the booking fee on my credit card, I completely cancelled my pickup and got my credit card to do a charge back on these thieves. I got my $195 back and I encourage anyone to steer away from this company. I know now what the TM stands for. “Too much”
