I was told my car would be picked up this afternoon……I left work early..then I was told it would be picked up at 9pm by the driver, so I made plans to stay home. I just received a text message from th driver at around 8pm that he was still in LA, and would not arrive until close to midnight. Not acceptable service. Took a half day from work for nothing. Completely ridiculous.
I tried calling to speak to a person in the US about how shipping a car works – and the calls get off shored to some place in Indonesia, no thank you.
