Arranged to have a car shipped from St. Louis to Dallas with Edward. Plainly asked Edward if there were any cancellation fees and he said no. I found a better deal about an hour after I talked to Edward and when I called to cancel he said there was a 100 dollar cancellation fee. I asked why he didn’t tell me before and all he could say was that it’s in the contract. He was totally unwilling to wave the so called cancellation fee. He also charged this fee to my credit card without me having signed any documents. I immediately called my credit card company to dispute. So everyone be advised, there is a 100 dollar cancellation fee.
They wanted to hold a deposit for a truck that I wanted shipped. I never used them or scheduled. They still owe me $100. Be careful with these people. STAY FAR FAR AWAY FROM THEM.
In searching for the best price and reputation, we came across this company. Jason who said
he was the owner, didn’t want me to continue shopping, so for me to do business with his
company, he gave me the price that was acceptable to me. We stayed in touch with him
and was told that a driver would call to make arrangements on 06/25/2016. And of course
no one called. We then called him and he said he could get the price that he quoted us, but
could do it for more….This is what is know as BAIT & SWITCH!!!!! Stay away from this
company they are LIARS and SCAM artists…
