So I literally joined yelp and downloaded the app so I could leave this review. I don’t know how this is an actual company. When the guy called me back about transporting my vehicle I told him I already had a contract with someone else that I signed earlier today. He then proceeded to tell me to go F#ck myself and called me an idiot. 5 stars for their passion for transporting vehicles. Zero stars for their people skills.
I contacted this company to dispatch a load and within 3 seconds of them picking up the phone with a horrible attitude and rude tone some guy said “if you aren’t saying anything I’m hanging up” maybe his signal wasn’t the best because I had said hello but even then he had literally just picked up the phone I don’t understand where all that anger came from and he proceeded to just hang up every time I called back terrible customer service
Terrible company. Would not ever consider in the future.
I was contacted by this company to book a car shipment. I told him I was already under contract with someone else and he proceeded to swear at me calling me a F%$#ing idiot multiple times. Telling me that customers like me are the reason the industry was going down. He yelled and yelled until he was in a rage then hung up the phone. I didn’t even get more than ten words out with this dude.
