Easy to deal with and the motorcycle made it there in a timely fashion and and with no problems. The rate was also very affordable compared to others.
If anyone knows how to communicate with them then it an act of GOD. I am happy they are veteran owned but interesting is that verified as they did not offer me a USAA discount. I am really displease right now as I was promised in a pejorative tone when I did not have a text as I just had arrive back East to book this that I would be notified like a FedEX package where my car was in transit every step of the way. When they failed to pick up my car on the original promised date I had planned to cancel. Then miraculously they appear one week later. I received zero apologies from the sales person and I have no idea where my car is in transit. It is a prized possession and I am furious right now. No customer service. I have not heard anything from dispatch. I called a company I have used in the past but they must have gone out of business during COVID. Will update the review but I am not happy right now.
