I originally had paid another company to move my vehicle, but when they called to confirm. they wanted to charge me another $100 over what I had already paid. I hate the bait and switch game!
Then, I called Transport Masters and spoke with Casey. Nice guy, smooth process. I was in no hurry, so I went with standby and he matched the other company’s original quote. Easy. He called me back within the hour to tell me the vehicle would be picked up and dropped off tomorrow. I’ll write an update about the entire process once the vehicle is delivered, but so far so good!
If I could give them less than one star I would. We waited 3 months for our car with no communication from the company about where it was or when it would be delivered even after several attempts to call them. We finally got a notice that it was in storage and that we owed Matson a storage fee. Again, no communication from the company that it was in storage. We paid Matson but it felt like a hostage situation to get our car going on the second leg of the delivery trip. When we contacted Transport Masters for a refund we were told that it was all our fault and we wouldn’t get the storage fee refunded. Please do ‘t use this company.
