schedule to pick my vehicle 12/2623 no driver was scheduled they were not going to be able to deliver my vehicle by 12/29/23 nor 12/30/23 so i request to cancel the contract they told me $100 to cancel the round trip because i drove my vehicle myself to arizona & arrived 12/29/23 so imo longer needed their services the texted me on 1/2/24 stating they have a driver scheduled to pick up a vehicle that was cancelled on 12/26/23 a whole week later now they r trying to charge me $300 cancellation each way when it was told to me $100 cancel fee for the round trip….never will i use this company & will never refer anyone to them .they r rude very unprofessional. & just down right nasty…..never hated doing business with a company more than i hate ultimate transport 123

Ultimate Transport has been my shipper for the past 6 cars I have purchased in California and shipped to Cape Cod. Always reasonable pricing and always reliable. I have tried others in the past but count on Ultimate Transport now and in the foreseeable future.
