Ultimate Transport shipped my car from KY to WA. The price was right, Instructions about the procedure were clear. Watching You Tube videos about the nature of car shipping prepared me mentally about dates changing. But the change was not drastic.
My car was delivered in perfect condition. I would use Ultimate Trsnsport again.
What an absolute JOKE of a company!!! They are liars, thieves and scam artists!!! They told my father they would have his motorhome shipped to his home with in 2 days “guaranteed” at the price of $1500 with a $200 deposit WRITTEN IN CONTRACT! It’s been over 3 weeks with “;no driver available” conveniently every time we call for an update. They even tried to pull out DOUBLE the money from his bank account WITHOUT approval and up the total cost “due on arrival”! These people are liars and thieves!!! Thank god our contract became “out dated”. We are lucky that they even refunded the money they attempted to take out in the first place!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! I have never experienced a more poorly ran company in my life! They should change their name to ULTIMATE DISAPPOINTMENT!! Do NOT, I repeat do NOT use this company!!! I’m clearly not the only person that had been fooled!
