This company will promise a specific pickup and delivery date and then not honor it. This happened with me. I called to complain and they just didn’t care. I asked for a price adjustment and was told they don’t do that. If you book with this company, you’re taking a big risk and making a deal with the devil. Don’t do it. Very unethical.
