This company hired a trucking company, Micron Trucking to transport my fathers car. They damaged his car, which everyone agrees, but refuses to pay for repair. Ultimate Transport states your car is insured through them as well on their website but when you mention that they say read the contract. Zero help and it’;s been 8 months since damage. They just contract out trucks and you are NOT covered if the trucking owner decides not to pay. WOULD NOT USE EVER AGAIN or RECOMMEND THEM. Josh is a liar and will not help you at all.
In response to your comment, I have power of attorney over my father, so yes I am allowed to handle this. You broker out all your trucking. Please send me a picture of your fleet if this isn’t so. Once again lying instead of taking care of the damage your transport did to a 80 year old veterans vehicle.

I’ve yet to see any trucks with Ultimate transport logos, probably because there are none. So, basically, you’re not covered by Ultimate transport ever!!!
