The customer service was exceptional, as they kept me updated throughout the entire process. I had a question about the shipment, and DAVE responded promptly and professionally. About two months ago I came to an agreement to ship my car from Cape Cod to Delray Beach, FL on Oct 1. I said I wanted a guaranteed price because this business is known for wonky pricing. They sent me a contract for $950 which I signed and returned. Two days before they were to pick up my car they said it was $1,500. I sent back a copy of the original contract but it made no difference. So I told them I would not do business with a company that does not honor their contracts and furthermore would go online and let the public know that they tried to pull a bait and switch. Also I would call the CEO of the company and contact the Pennsylvania attorney general. They kept contacting me with lower prices which I ignored. At the last minute I found a better price with another company. I strongly advise you to stay away from this company.
