Avoid this place!!! Don’t fall for their low prices. All a scam.
I called to change my pick up date the week I booked. Confirmed the date. Called two weeks out to confirm dates and times due to my flight. They stated had me in for Friday between 8-11am. Well Friday morning came and went and I got the run around with every agent. I posted a negative Google review and instantly the “senior agent” called and said he would work it out if I removed the negative review first. I said not until you do your job and pick up my car.
Fast forward an hour later and they landed a driver who wants more money for pickup and can’t be here until later tonight.
Should have read these reviews before booking. Absolute waste of time and now stranded figuring out plans. Run away from this place!!!!

I got my car shipped with this company. They quote a lower price initially to make you sign the contract. No one came to pick up my car on the agreed date. When I called them, they asked for a higher price (30% more), and they could not ship my car at the initially agreed price.
It is a lot of hassle to work with this company. Better to find another company even if it costs more.
