I got my car shipped with this company. They quote a lower price initially to make you sign the contract. No one came to pick up my car on the agreed date. When I called them, they asked for a higher price (30% more), and they could not ship my car at the initially agreed price.
It is a lot of hassle to work with this company. Better to find another company even if it costs more.
DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY. Masters of bait and switch. They are very helpful up front. Then when it is time to pick up your vehicle a call will come in from a very friendly voice asking for money than was agreed upon in a signed contract. They will “very very sorry sir, I understand your frustration…” you to death. I was told that my deposit was non-refundable as it had already been distributed to “dispatch” and US Cargo’s “commission” for attempting to find a 3rd party driver. Thanks to AMEX, nope, you don’t get to keep my deposit! These folks smack of seedy tech support turned scam enterprise. May they experience 1000 flat tires!
