Wish I looked on yelp instead of Car-go freights website. I think they delete the bad reviews. Was warned not to go with the cheapest quote, but I did. Quoted 850 to ship from Jacksonville to Denver. Paid $170 deposit. They said it might go up $50-100 at most, once a driver had been secured. No more communication from them. We had to call on the scheduled pickup day to get a time. Was told 1-1:30. No show. Called again and told 3-3:30. No show. Called at 4:30 to be told they’re working on it. WTH? So now we’re told they’ve found a driver but it will be $1000 at delivery. So, we’re stuck. Signed contract and deposit and too late to try another company. They picked it up the next day. it was delivered in good shape one day later than original request. We did have to drive it to the truck and my daughter had to get to the truck to pick it up, so not door-to-door. So, lack of communication, misrepresentation, and having to pay $320 more than the original contract, are the reasons for this review. Consider yourself warned and research other sites besides a company’s website

do not do business with this company. i signed contract to ship my porsche for 1000.00. i deposited 230.00, with the balance due to driver on delivery. then the games started ” call us we have a driver….but he wants 1400.00 more”
i canceled the contract, but despite 3 promises that my deposit refund was being processed 07/17/23, there is no refund.
im going to sue them. but do not, under any circumstances, work with these thieves.
