do not do business with this company. i signed contract to ship my porsche for 1000.00. i deposited 230.00, with the balance due to driver on delivery. then the games started ” call us we have a driver….but he wants 1400.00 more”
i canceled the contract, but despite 3 promises that my deposit refund was being processed 07/17/23, there is no refund.
im going to sue them. but do not, under any circumstances, work with these thieves.
I’ve been searching for a reliable company to ship my car. I sent out one request for a quote on July 24 and this company was quick to give me their best price of $700. They kept in frequent contact until I answered. I happened to buy a new car within a few days, so I reached back out July 28 asking for the same location, different car thinking the car brand wouldn’t matter much. The guy I was in contact with (Brian Jones) reached out with a new quote of $850 but they lied to me! See screenshots attached. I was very disappointed, he said I had requested 2 different quotes for 2 different locations when I only submitted one on the 24th. He offered to send a screenshot of the 2 quotes “I requested”. Once revived, you can see that the date showed he had just added the request of the “first quote” of $700 with incorrect location to his website at the same date and time we were in contact on the 28th showing it was not my request. Very disappointed in this company, do not recommend.
I needed to get my car shipped from one state to another. I was told it would cost $400. I even did a contract for that price. Then when I call to get the driver information they had my car pick up date for a different date. Then when I told them they had the wrong date she told me it was not a problem it would be fix same price. Call the day my car was suppose to be pick up and she told me they only had 2 driver. And changed me $700. To get my car shipped and still never gave me driver info. Call them back to fine out where my car was and when it would be drop off they told me to call the drive. I informed them I never got driver information and the man hung the phone up on me. WORSE PLACE EVER!!!!!
