Signed a contract with this company Jan 12th 2024 to ship my son’s Jeep to him for $350. Since then they have offered me two drivers, the first costing an additional $700 at delivery, the second an additional $500 at delivery, which my son couldn’t afford. The second driver they gave me less than an hour notice before the driver would be at my home. After the first week, I have been asking them for a refund which has yet to be received. I finally wrote a Google review on Jan 25th 2024 regarding my experience and at 6:30am Jan 26th 2024 they were calling asking me to remove my review if I wanted a refund. I told them as soon as my review is received I would remove my Google review. Steve told me that he attempted to refund me but my bank keeps declining the refund. I went to my bank and the bank told me that this company continues to attempt charging my account rather than refunding my account. I then called “Steve” from my bank and the teller spoke to him directly explaining the issue which he denied. I then asked Steve to send me a refund check certified mail, which he said he wouldn’t do. During this experience I dealt with Emma, Mike, Bruce, Mark and Steve. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY! THIS IS A SCAM!

Shipping my car via US Car Go has been an absolute nightmare. They stated they had a driver to pick up my vehicle September 1st around 1pm, I signed a contract for the $900 shipping agreement, and put down the $150 deposit beforehand. No one showed up to pick up my car on the date it was to be shipped and they did not call me telling me they had no one to pick up my vehicle. I told them that I was moving in 2 days and they said no worries to fly out they will find a driver and a family member could review the details. Then they call me once I’ve already moved, and say they want $1200 now to ship my car even though the contract was agreed upon at $900. I asked for a refund on my security deposit since they obviously couldn’t find a driver, and then proceeded to NOT pay me back my security deposit despite me calling day after day. This company is 100% a scam.
