I paid the reservation fee for one price and they said it would be picked up then they went up on the shipping fee ok fine so 5/31 my vehicle was suppose to get picked up I was calling all day 3 different people answered the phone and said we was gone talk to the manager then the person I was working with said the driver was a hour away at 3:50 so I waited two hours before contacting them again and again the driver will call bit never called so at 7:30pm I asked for my money back because nobody never contacted me or a driver never came. so I had to pay another 100 for another company to pick up my vehicle and they acting like they can’t refund me my money.
his company is nothing more than con artists. I made a deal to move a car from Michigan to Florida for $800 and signed their worthless contract. Then they said they couldn’t pick it up in northern Michigan in our time frame so we took the car to Toledo, Ohio where they said they could pick it up on our agreed upon date. The day before I called them as I had not heard anything from them at this point. That is when they said they needed $1400 to move it instead of the agreed upon $800 after we had moved the car 300 miles to make it easier for them. After a very intense phone call they said they would move it for $1100. I declined and we drove the car to Florida. I also warned them not to charge my card as I would contact law enforcement for theft and dispute the charge on my card. They did not charge me a cancellation fee. Also the claim to be BBB accredited. THEY ARE NOT. I filed a complaint with the BBB and against their DOT number! Again this company is nothing but a fraud. Save yourself big problems, DO NOT USE THEM!!!
This company is a big scam!! Please don’t use them. 40 minutes before their supposed to pick up car James the dispatcher call and say the drive can’t pick up our cars cause he doesn’t Have right equipment, then proceeds to say he can’t pick up cars at price he quoted us and doubles the price very unprofessional. Then pulls money out of our account when not giving permission. Extremely rude to women. They never showed to pick up cars when he said the would and will not return calls…still waiting to get our money back.
