my total tariff came to $110. that was the agreed upon pricing and that is what I signed my signature for. it states above that that the values cannot be changed. yet I am being told that I need to pay $195 on top of the $50 deposit I put down believing that my bill would be $110. I have read the terms and conditions and am still being pressured into paying that $195. I will not pay that amount when what I contractually agreed to was $110. Someone get Jemima off of this board asap.

I was also told it would be picked up before 9am. I sent them $100, so my balance upon delivery would be $415. The day before it was shipped, I was told the price was now $699 that I would owe the driver and it would be picked up in the early afternoon. We were moving from Indy to Ocala that morning. So this caused a major inconvenience. I planned to stay a little later to see the truck off. I then received an additional phone call saying the price was now $799. I scrambled to find another company but could not get a confirmation from anyone. I then receive yet another call saying the driver requested an additional $100 for a total of a $200 deposit. I was told I would owe the driver $599 upon delivery since I had paid the additional $100. Oh, the truck can not be picked up until sometime Saturday, but I have to leave Friday! Fortunately my neighbors are very good friends so I left the truck on the street (since we sold and closed our house Friday AM) and they put the keys under the seat Saturday morning. The truck is delivered to Ocala Sunday afternoon. I give the driver the remaining balance of $600. He thanks me and walks away. He comes back a few minutes later and says the fee was $650 and he never requested an additional deposit amount. I had to Zelle the driver an additional $50. I will be contacting American Express about the additional $100 deposit I paid. They are crooks!! Be careful!
